Our hamburgers intend to revive the concept of gourmet hamburgers already saturated with foie gras and dried tomatoes ...We were clear that we wanted to offer something that you could not find anywhere, even that you had not tried before.
That attitude of wanting to innovate is what has always driven the menu of The Black Turtle and our hamburgers.
Being one more did not motivate us.This is how The Black Turtle was born in February 2013, in our land, Valencia, becoming a place where not only hamburgers are eaten.
